Item still hasn’t arrived. No communication saying there will be a delay. When you are being charged £9.99 for delivery, I expect minimum of 3 day delivery. Very unimpressed. I can’t cancel the order so when it finally arrives, it’ll be sent straight back recorded delivery . With full refund expected, including postage costs.
