I was disappointed by this product, thankfully it was so cheap I felt no way replacing it. However, I had mounted it on my brand new bathroom so I now have a drill hole in my tile I need to cover up. The holder is not firmly mounted to the wall, it looks and feels unstable which for me is a giveaway of how cheap it is and is not in keeping with my other quality bathroom accessories. The bracket is firmly mounted on the wall and the holder hangs on the bracket like a picture. I believe it was made this way so the holder can easily be removed and cleaned. There are much better/ sophisticated designed products which allows you to clean the holder without compromising how sturdy the product is when hung. For example my replacement holder from Wayfair has 2 brackets. The brackets are firmly connected to the holder (I don't believe it can be disconnected). There is a sleeve in the toilet holder you remove to clean it (opposed to removing the entire holder like in my original purchase) Read full review

The brush & container are OK. However the 2 tubes that attaches the container to the wall fixing plate was poorly attached and came apart, so it's now broken/impossible to fix to the wall thereby defeating its purpose as a wall mounted toilet cleaning brush. (The two parts in the photo were supposed to be fixed/spot welded to the container to fix it to the wall).

I expected this to be decent, but it really isnt. It isn't stainless steel, possibly stainless Tin foil. Handle doesn't tighten because the retainer nut spins. The welds broke off of the wall bracket. All in all just about as cheap and tacky as you could possibly get.
