I got two caring emails from the seller who were eager to send me another free copy. Excellent service. I have suggested they need to bubble wrap heavy books as the brown envelopes are strong but inadequate.

Never mind, I shall give it to a friend or charity shop, such a great combo that I'm sure somebody will appreciate it. The price I paid for this was really cheap, so I don't mind that I bought another one by mistake.
