I was a little hesitant about buying a refurbished item, but so far I have been very pleased with my purchase. So glad this computer didn't come loaded wtih a ton of bloatware. It's beautiful and unique as well. I hope HP continues to think outside the box when it comes to laptop design. I get tired of looking at black and gray units after awhile. This computer would be absolutely perfect if a backlit keyboard were included, as they are in a few other HP models, but I'm quite happy with it the way it is. It seems as though manufacturer's are so concerned with making their products emulate Macs and so they make them thinner and thinner. I feel that laptops have begun to lack some things that are still important to some of us, like a built in disc drive. I own 2 Macs and love them as well. People just need to let a Mac be a Mac, and a PC be a PC. They both bring important features to the table.Read full review
I only have wonderful remarks for HP and this amazing beautiful inside and out laptop. I did my research and I am so proud of myself for choosing this make and model. When I first saw this laptop,I fell for this design head over heels.. I am a artist and the beauty of the artwork on this machine made my heart and soul say to me.. This just has to be mine. As a senior and on a fixed income.. It took me over a year to save up for this. It was that important to me. I usually am a instant gratification kinda lady..My reward, I wake up each morning to my pretty and smart laptop.. Thank you HP.
This was a difficult item to find after originally manufactured. I purchased it for a gift for a teen which teens love the bling. It met all of my expectations as a laptop and was at a great price. It has continued to work like a charm other then it's only draw back is that I now can't get my teen off of it. Great item, and would recommend it to anyone. I hope HP continues to make these type of devices in multiple colors. This day and age everyone likes to have their own unique design.
