Swift delivery of items which were well packaged. One of the DVD's would not play on either PC or TV. I contacted the sellers who immediately sent a replacement which worked absolutely fine. The origianl DVD looked OK but wouldn't play so it could have beena manufacturing fault. The sellers did the right thing by replacing it . In fairness to the sellers I have purchased many items from them in the past and have never had any problems whatever. They are still my go to sellers.

I think this item (which was one of four bought at the same time as part of a special offer) had to be re-despatched. I told them it didn't arrive with the other books so they made arrangements to get it to me ASAP. They said it would be despatched within 48 hours and it was despatched within 24. I had it on my doorstep in 3 days, in very good condition as described. Very happy with the price and the service, highly recommended seller. Very professional.
