Ordered 21st Feb, showing as dispatched on 22nd but the seller hadn't actually dispatched it! Then I got a message on 24th asking for my car reg. number so they could check it was compatible! After I gave them the reg. it took another 4 days to arrive, so a total of 7 days. I had set aside time to service my car on 24th so couldn't do it because of the delays. I would say to the seller, don't promise delivery times if you can't deliver on your promise.

what an awkward seller !!!! marked goods as dispatched, never arrived, when queried requested unnecessarily the vehicle reg number, spent two days bouncing emails back & forth explaining that I simply want the exhaust in the picture for a W203 , the exhaust as shown in the picture with a sort of triangular box, they then sent an oval box with brackets which were far out of alignment. Hello? a W203 box? that surely cannot be so difficult to send the box in the picture?
why the reluctance to send?
