The packaging was done very nicely. It was protected really well. I was impressed. Really really loved the packaging. For the condition of the cups and saucer, There were no chips or anything. It has a nice size and can be used to serve tea or coffee. Its white in colour but I expected it to be more brighter. It is nice to serve tea to my guests with the saucer..looks more respectful. It is not mentioned in the pakacking if it is oven proof or not but has been mentioned that it is heat resistant. So, I'm using it in oven.
