Here's the problem, the material is great, the binding and condition could have been clearly stated wasn't the best. THAT'S FINE FOR THE COST, but I would have made sure that whomever was buying it knew that the book had been warped or folded and that some of the pages were waterlogged.

Joe Cross, the Re-Boot guy, has some great books and I own them all. This book, however, is the dictionary of juicing ingredients. Think of a fruit or vegetable, look it up, and it will tell you it's benefits, and what other fruits and/or vegetables it tastes good with. Super simple yet as informative as you can get. By Jay Kordich, the Father of Juicing who, as of this review, is still alive and in his 90's, after surviving bladder cancer by juicing his way out of it way back in the 1940's.

Jay's book is a must have!!! It has simple recipes and he explains everything and makes juicing fun and easy and you learn why juicing is so important... My parents have one my son has one and my daughter and myself.
