    Great quality upgrade for inferior original part that is prone to breaking and limited in its performance. The GFB DV+ is made of solid aluminum and has a high quality brass piston and plunger so there is very little chance of failure - hence why GFB provides a lifetime warranty! The DV+ allows progressive boost whereas the OEM diverter valve only has two states - open and closed, plus it is much stronger and is recommended for modified engines running higher boost / remaps, etc. to handle the extra power. I fitted one to a JCW Mini and the increase in performance was quite noticeable - better acceleration, longer boost and increased throttle response. Highly recommended - but please watch out for fakes as there is a counterfeit market for these. Original parts come in a side-opening ...
