There's a Surprise - It Worked!
I used this product on polypropylene sheeting without much expectation that it would work. The solvent did not seem to affect polypropylene which was a surprise, but the superglue seemed to bond well. The first issue is that the instructions are in Polish and I had to use Google Translate. The second issue is that the superglue soon stuck my fingers together, but it took some time to cure the bond between sheets of plastic. The parts either had to be clamped together or taped up for some time. Trying to hold the parts together with finger pressure was not practical because of the curing time and the sticky fingers problem. I used this product on polypropylene sheeting without much expectation that it would work. Teflon can now stick!!
It works! That's a technological breakthrough. It's expensive - a little does NOT go a long way. Some instructions in English on the packaging would help a lot. I was pleased ++ to be able to solve a gluing problem. I hope the price comes down or quantity for the price increases.

Works - short shelf-life once opened
This product comes in two parts. You get a surface activator and the glue itself. The surface activator is the key to the whole thing. The glue appears to me to be a form of superglue. I used this on some medium-soft silicone parts that I had to glue to PVC, and it worked perfectly. I glued a surface area totalling 5 square inches and I used only about half the kit. Unfortunately, when I came to use it again a year later the activator was still good, but the glue had solidified. My guess is that I could have used superglue, but I could not risk messing up the parts with a bad fix. So I bought another kit. Was delighted to find it was 20% cheaper than the time before. Good solution for Silicone
I was looking for glue that can work with Silicone. This combination of adhesive and glue gel doing the job. It worth the money instead of buying replacement parts. Recommended.

Very strong adhesive, keeps my car parts on my car!
Good glue, I was advised to use this for fitting my front splitter to my Mk8 Fiesta ST as I chose one that has a large part of it protruding outwards, so using bolts alone was not recommended. Once the glue had arrived I added it to the splitter piece and clamped it against the front bumper and left it for a while (I managed to get some glue on my fingers and it bonded my skin quite well, so I have no doubt it will serve its purpose!). I have now been driving the car for quite a while over poor road surfaces and bumps and at fast speeds, and the splitter is still bonded strongly to my front bumper. I imagine the applications for this glue can be quite versatile, and it is definitely something I would recommend if you need to bind two things together without worrying about them ...
