Date was 8 June arriving by , but arrived today ,sent firsr email 3 days ago no answer so I sent 2 email then answer rather rude no apology and she said is nothing to do with her how pose deliver ,so why my other items always came on time ? They send to costumer cheap and same item 4 pound cheaper with other seller that I ordered again

Replied to all emails received, Tried to explain that item was sent on time 5/6/23 by the chosen postage method (free 2nd class) and that we are not responsible for the time taken to deliver and that delivery dates are approximate only. Royal Mail were late in delivering the item but this is beyond our control. Customer demanded money back asap or threatened ebay case. Item arrived 15/6/23
