Im used to metal fletching holders and magnets to help keep the fletching correctly aligned as you place it on the spine but this doesn't have that. Fletching holder is plastic so you need to clear any excess glue that gets onto it quickly. The jig does allow a few degrees of alignment variation top and bottom to provide fletching other than just straight (if you want your arrows to spin). Its OK for the money.
