This book is written by Dr Tim Cantopher who has the ability of explaining things in an easy to understand way on all levels of understanding. Having used it after my own breakdown i found it to be like a second bible. Something that was written for 'you'. This is a must have for anyone to read even if they do not suffer from the condition as it gives an insight into what and why people find themselves suffering with this awful illness.This book is used for my clients to understand the ins and outs of depressive illness. Having short chapters and relaxed terminology, you don't get baffled with science, but merely receive an insight into how this illness occurs, and what key factors you need to change in your life to stop it repeating. A great read, and one not just for sufferers, but for anyone who comes into contact with someone with this problem.This book is great.
