    Poorly made product

    Installed unit and realised it had more play than the old one I removed so swapped back arm and just fitted mirror. Total waste of time and money. Sorry...... would have returned it if I hadn’t needed the mirror unit.

    Better to buy compatible mirrors,better quality with standard UNF fixings.

    I know its an after market but the thread of the fixing bracket that attaches to the door hinge isn't a standard thread for the oem version. It should be UNF but its metric. I bought bearmach bolts to fit the new mirror arms but they weren't the correct thread. I think the mirror fixings are metric.The mirrors themselves are quite flimsy. Very light and plasticky.

    Excellent replacement mirror at a very good price.

    After thirty years of tolerating a badly adjusted mirror that was corroded so I couldn't adjust it, it took less than half an hour to fit this new one. Now I can see down my nearside without having to crane my neck. Wonderful. Why didn't I buy it before!
