    Wrong pen sent so disappointed as the pen I ordered helps me to write with my arthritic fingers. They said they would send the correct one right away but it never arrived. If they were out of stock as shown on ebay and didn't have one to send they should have told me. The reason I am giving them positive feedback is because once I asked for a refund that happened within hours plus I gained a pen even if it is the wrong one as they didn't want it back and their email responses were same day!
