I really appreciate this seller. The proof of a great ebay seller is how they react when there is a problem. The alarm gave a number of false positives, i.e sounded when there was no fire. I contacted the seller and they have agreed to replace it without argument. I hope that they get the same support from the manufacturer of the alarm, Kidde. I've rated the item as 5 stars because it arrived quickly and was as described. I would definitely order from Safelincs again.

You must use the base Patress
You must buy the base unit to fit these SAs. The plug is too deep to mount it to the ceiling without digging out a big hole for clearance otherwise.
