The recipies are very good, easy to follow and very tasty, however the main reason I purchase it was the exceptionally informative nutritional information. I've learned more about healthy eating and food nutritional content than with any book before. The information guides you to how you can think meal through for yourself and how to achieve a perfect healthy nutritional balance diet for life. Highly recommend Rosemary Conleys book, she has once again written a gem :)Bought this book after intially borrowing it from the local library. Great purchase
Really glad I purchase this book. I just hope that it will help me get the results I'm hoping for!!! Purchased mainly for helpful recipes, which look so tempting on pages and easy to follow. Rosemary Conley is always a good person to follow the recipes.

Easy to follow
Good book, easy to follow and nice recipes but found the 'Dry frying' quite difficult unless added stock/wine water!
