Please inspect all goods before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses simply write DAMAGED and then sign. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. If goods prove to be damaged do not sign & contact AM Car Parts immediately. Although all our supplied parts are tested and quality checked but In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, AM Car parts must be notified within 48 hours. if a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we cannot cover labour. In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, AM Car Parts must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 7 days at the cost of the customer. Delivery will not be refunded and a 20% fee will then be charged. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Most of the items we offer with 24hr Free UK main land delivery. This service does not apply to Highland or N. Ireland deliveries those take extra few days then the standar UK delivery and and may subjected to extra courier cost depending the item size.
