    Recommended, especially if you have a bad back!

    I'm very pleased with this lance. The length is just right and the rose gives you a nice rainshower, although it's probably a bit too much for seedlings. The one thing that is missing is flow control - all that you have is an on-off rocker, I assumed that I'd be able to reduce/increase the delivery on the lane, but you have to tweak this at the tap, hence four stars rather than five.

    What a waste of money.

    This item is overpriced and poorly made. within a couple of days water was leaking from the handle and running down my arm. There is only one spray pattern and no adjustment at all on the length. The next time I went shopping I popped into The Range and purchased a far superior lance for £8.99. You live and learn.

    Watering lance

    It is good quality, has a number of different functions which work well and for what it is I cannot fault it. I should have gone for one with an extension for those little higher jobs, but that is my fault.

    Easy to operate with a fine spray.

    Especially good for hanging baskets due to length and adjustable head. The rose is quite fine and produces a gentle spray that should not damage plants. The on/off switch is easy to operate and shuts off instantly.
