To The Buyer, The cycle seat needs adjusting when you finally assemble the machine. You can purchase a wider padded seat to attach to the bike seat. Or order a similar seat, to attach to the exercise bike. I found the instructions okay and there are two tools. I would say the machine is for an average person if you are 30-45-55 stones I would get a bigger machine.
