Query, as wasn't frozen, and worried it had been defrosted, but appears, wasn't fully frozen, when shipped, so I, rapidly froze, soon solid, have defrosted and fed one 500g pack, and all seems ok, but my ist raw food order, and I was worried. Supplier dealt with my concerns really quickly, and did offer to re-ship.
