Stethoscope was advertised as pre-Christmas delivery so purchased for a Christmas present but it didn’t arrive until after Christmas. Messaged the seller who did eventually respond saying this would be after Christmas so I accepted this. Great message to advise it had been despatched and it would be arriving next day, it was sent to the wrong address, I had requested collection from my local Argos, requested my husbands name to be engraved and this wasn’t done either. Messaged seller no reply.
