I have had a copy of this for donkeys years. Only bought this to replace old copy damaged in house flood. I use it more than any other cookbook. And I own a lot of cookbooks!

I first saw this book in a gift shop & had a quick flick through. I rarely purchase cookbooks these days as there is so much to find on the internet but I am thrilled with my purchase. This is a huge collection of recipes and although my copy is a used version at a fraction of the RRP cost of £30 it would still be good value for money at this price. Lots of ideas for vegetable staples and encouragement to try new ones and it is not a cheffy cookbook but as you would expect from a garden cookbook it is down to earth and has very easy and quick recipes to more complex ones.
