  • Easy to understand if you are new to the subject

Having not studied Anatomy & Physiology previously, I was apprehensive about the prospect of learning about bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments etc. This book was on my reading list from college so I thought I'd give it a go. Pleased to say that I think it'll be one of the most useful books for me. It's easy to read, not too technical with the language. Good diagrams and study tasks along the way to get you examining yourself or doing other activities to help with your learning. A great book at a very reasonable price.
