Arrived quickly and I am well pleased, these blocks are slightly smaller than the cheaper ones {rotate easily on the rat boxes' spindle ~ making it easy for the rat's teeth to gnaw at the blocks}: he/she took the lot, and hasn't been back for 2nd helping. We're both happy.

Second batch from this excellent company. Received fast, bait seems highly effective. Had used wax blocks which were ignored. These have been readily taken - 15 so far and for the past 3 nights no noise in the loft. Think we had 2 or 3 rats that entered through a detached soffit because took a couple of months to get roofers who could fix. This bait is great!

I did contact the seller, with out success. I placed an order for Rat poison bait blocks & heavy duty boxes, the boxes were delivered with out bait blocks. When I contacted the seller I was told that I wouldn’t get bait blocks for that price. Yet the invoice clearly states bait blocks & boxes, I sent a copy of the invoice clearly showing it, but never received a reply which was very disappointing. What you bought from was a multiple choice listing with a number of different options from which you have to select your choice. The one which you chose is just for a box, there are others, which are more expensive, these include poison blocks, a box or boxes and delivery, dependent upon your selection. You just selected bait boxes and that is what was sent. This layout with optional variants is a format which is designed by eBay and should be clear at time of selection.
