The assembly bolts don't come with washers, so I used my own to make it more sturdy. One of the nuts had a poor thread, so again I used one of my own. I then tried to release a 150/70/R18 tubeless tyre from an alloy motorcycle wheel. The bead breaker wasn't man enough, it took numerous heavy-handed attempts during which the paint was scraped of my rim spokes so need to add pipe insulation to it !

No washers for the M6 bolts nor the hex cap bolts. As I am a mechanic and engineer, I had both in my workshop. The product is very well designed and made. I broke the bead on the back tyre of my 1,000cc road bike motorcycle with ease.
