Have been following this guy on Netflix and found him inspirational, the recipes are simple and easy to following. Suggest you need to plan the shopping list ahead to ensure you have all ingredients required for each recipe. Results are good and clearly written recipes with a colour photo on opposite page to give you a guide of how to present the dish and what it should look like.
