Have had a little success on the .5ml before bed so increased to 1m before bed, then increased to 1m am and pm and am now on 2ml twice daily. Getting less pain in arthritic hips at night so am sleeping better. Pain generally is less severe and subsides quicker after excercise. So pleased so far.
