These have made such a difference, I can workout for longer and more often. I noticed an immediate boost after just two days.The ebay description & capsule strength is incorrectly referred to as 3000mg on the pack of 60. The capsules are only 750mg each, so you only get a 15day supply as 4x750mg = 3000mg. That is misleading and needs changing before anyone complains.

Creatine monohydrate
Have been taking these for a short time and they have definitely worked when lifting heavier weights. For me the difference is not staggering but I do feel stronger and I can do more reps with heavier weight more easily, so am very happy with the purchase. They are good value compared to similar being sold online, so I will ordering again soon.
