B12 boost
The patches were not sticky 😐 I needed a b12 boost every few months and buy the patches to give me the boost as I also have b12 injections , I put one on a day and not 1 a week as suggested , they were not sticky and I felt no different after using them . I have used other brands as okd by my doctor to do this and they worked . Very disappointed

Essential for anyone who cannot get Vitamin B from food or tablets.
It does exactly what I need it for - it passes the vitamin B directly into the bloodstream. My body cannot extract vitamin B anymore from food or tablets. It works the same way as nicotine patches do. It works for me.
