My buying experience from seller is diisastrous. The seller charge me a hefty USD 50 courier door to door shipping charge for a small duty free item worth USD 140. To my big disappointment FEDEX charged me another USD 10 warehouse processing fee before they hand me over the item during delivery. I complained to seller and sent over a copy of the delivery doçuments. Seller promised to contact Fedex about the issue but after that I have nothing happened. Buyers be aware!

In fairness to seller, I would like to add that after I made a follow-up ,seller have decided to refund me the USD 10 charged to me by FEDEX during delivery. I commend seller for his fairness in offering to refund me the USD 10 after FEDEX failed to respond to him about the extra charge they charge to customer delivery. To buyers from the Philippines, I strongly advise you to make sure you inform your seller to avoid using FEDEX courier at all cost because of their unfair practice,
