7. Retail return and exchange, refund policy

Das Dreirad ist super und leicht zu bedienen. Einziges Manko: Der Lieferant sprach kein Deutsch, und kein Englisch. Er war Pole. Mir wurde das Dreirad ohne Voranmeldung geliefert. Ohne jegliche Erklärung. Das fand ich nicht sehr prickelnd, und auch nicht Kontaktfreudig, da ich ja noch nie so etwas gefahren bin. Also musste ich mich durch die Beschreibung dann langsam rantasten, was ein paar Tage dauerte, um mich mit dem Dreirad vertraut zu machen.
