    Go for it and use the ideas for all types of cooking

    Some lovely exiting dishes and recipes. For me I would use for mainly side dishes along with a main meal such as roast beef. Many of the recipes can substitute the ingredients for animal based products, but it's very helpful for new ideas especially if your cooking needs pepping up.

    The book is full of wonderful and exciting recipes. They are clearly explained and in my experience the dishes turn out just like the pictures. Some great twists on meat based dishes and all done with just plants. I have been vegetarian leaning towards becoming vegan for many years, this recipe book made the final transition easy and very pleasurable. Best cookery book I have bought for a very long time.

    Vegan cookery book

    The Bosh boys back with their second cook book. Nice and glossy. Step by step instructions for lovely plant based recipes whether you are vegan or not these recipes are quite satisfying! Only down point is that it assumes you have the first book!! And some steps of recipes refer to that! It arrived in great time in perfect shape and overall I’m pleased with it.

    Great cookbook!

    I love the Bosh guys and their whole approach to food. Some recipes can be a little bit faffy (my partner, who doesn't enjoy cooking like I do, can find them a bit confusing and stressful), but they are always delicious and well worth the effort! There are some ingenius original ideas as well as creative adaptations of classic dishes. Some are super-quick and easy and make regular appearances on our table. If you ever get stuck - they have videos for tonnes of their recipes online.

    If you’re not sure about becoming more adventurous with your taste buds and plant based foods this is the book for you. Talk about plate appeal!! East to make, straightforward instructions and value fir money. Nothing ‘weird’. Food taste amazing even to hardcore meat eaters.
