Brilliant book, easy to read, understand and is so informative. The author writes like she is taking to a friend. With this book you do not need to buy a hypnobirthing course as well so excellent value!

I brought this book for my daughter, who unfortunately has several medical conditions that could cause problems with various medication whilst in labour. It took a while to arrive and was a surprise for her, so when it did arrive she called to say thank you and say she had read the first few pages and was hooked. she said "I am going to bed now to read now" She is going to look to see what she can mark for her Husband to read and then pass on to me. Other birthing partner. From her raving, on the first few pages, I believe this to be a hit.
