    Not that chilling!

    I eagerly awaited release of this DVD, having recently started a BodyBalance course at my local leisure centre (BodyBalance being on a similar vein as Chillates) I was quite disappointed with the actual movements shown on the DVD. I feel that someone not experienced at all in yoga/tai chi/pilates could end up pulling some muscles! I found some of the movements are quite jerky and not at all flowing, which I think could hurt someone. On a more positive note, the music was very lovely, and on the Extras section, there is a lovely film of an Ibizan sunset set to chillout music! I would recommend this title to experience Pilates-goers and the very fit and flexible!

    Chillate' out on my tush.....

    I bought the DVD like many others do with all good intentions....... hmmmmm,,, i am still intending but not being very good about it : ) Did try it out once, and well, lets just say my co ordination and concentration needs alot more work than a DVD... It did come with some fab features, you can listen to a cool chill out mix and watch an Ibiza sunset.... So, rather than risk breaking the surrounding furniture, or a limb, i simply sit back with a bottle of rose' and jumbo sized bar of chocolate, watch the sunset and listen to the fab ministry of sound chill out mix. I luv e-bay. It's like carboot-ing, but at home.

    Brilliant well worth a buy!

    I brought this as I have had another MOS DVD & loved the music & it has not let me down, you can turn off the comentry and copy the moves to a brilliant sound track would deffinatly recommend 5*

    chillates...excellent

    the dvd was really good, there is lots 2 learn so u dont get bored playing it a few times!! i really recommend this one!! great tips and moves!? and a lovely extra bit with the ibiza sunset....very relaxing!!

    Chillates

    I love the combination of pilatis, yoga and relaxation. I really feel relaxed and worked all at the same time - The moves are harder than you first think but with practice I really started working my problem areas.
