I ordered this and paid for USPS Priority Mail, but they shipped it 2 Day UPS because I told them I needed it before the 10thbecause I was going to the Jim Thomson Bagpipe School and the forecast says it will be raining a lot, and I didn't want to get my Bagpipes wet.
