VAT was already paid, and we explained that several times to the customer. It looks like the postal provider made a mistake. The buyer would not even look at their purchase record (stating VAT paid) nor would he help to resolve the case. We fixed this for the buyer with a refund and made this our loss, but despite formidable customer service and all efforts to fix the mistake by the postal provider,the buyer had to reprimand. Very sad, really. All our orders ship VAT paid and marked accordingly!
