Can't do a review as such. Books are a Christmas gift to our niece. If the TV programmes are anything to go by, she'll love them. Chose books because of programme.

I bought the book as a gift for my youngest son. History can sometimesd be boring but hoorible histories appeals to young lads by focusing on the gruesome bits and it encourages them to learn their history
