Returns Policy:
 
* Faulty goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition.
* Replacement (if available) will be given on our receipt within 30 days of sale.
* Credit or refund will be given if goods not available.
* It is customer's responsibility (after informing us by email and our subsequent agreement to return postage cost and method) to pay for and send the item back to us.
* If item is found to be faulty within 30 days of sale we will refund the return postage costs.

    Good purchase

    I wanted a food processor but was concerned that I wouldn’t use all components and it would end up a waste of money! Having looked at auction items on eBay and at other stores, I came across this one. It is designed so well that all the components fit inside the bowl when not in use so perfect even to keep on the work surface. I haven’t used all the components yet but have used the chopper many times and it works well. It is also easy to clean. In addition it is half the price than this item is sold in high street shops. Perfect! The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because the instructions for putting it together were not very good. You just have to make sure the motor and the top click when you attach them

    Solid and compact food processor

    Parts seems to be well designed and materials in general feel solid. The range of blades and tool is good and you can do pretty much what you want with it. Getting to understand how to put everything back in for storage has some learning curve but the compact design is surely a good plus. Power is good for most usages. Slightly concern about the center blade holder, it has a tip at the top that feels like could get bent easily when applying the motor from the top, only time will tell I guess.
