Returns Policy:
 
* Faulty goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition.
* Replacement (if available) will be given on our receipt within 30 days of sale.
* Credit or refund will be given if goods not available.
* It is customer's responsibility (after informing us by email and our subsequent agreement to return postage cost and method) to pay for and send the item back to us.
* If item is found to be faulty within 30 days of sale we will refund the return postage costs.

Item was heavily used and not “New other” as stated. The box came extremely bashed up and barely holding together. The courier also lied. They said it was handed to resident however no one was home. It was left on doorstep and almost stolen. Had to get refund through eBay. If you want a fan, buy “New” not “New other” as this leaves gives these scammers a chance to sell broken/customer returns/used items and lie about the condition. Even the cable was dodgy! Save yourself time and effort!

    Worth the money.

    At first I thought I was overspending, but after using it during 30+ degrees centigrade it’s worth the money. On lowest speed setting it’s barely audible while TV’s is on or while having conversation but still powerful enough to blow a strong breeze. Looks good too, I had guest guessing it was around £150-200. Remote is very handy and stows aways nicely in the back of the fan. All the functions are just a bonus. Just overall a well designed and well thought out tower fan and again well worth the money.

    It'll do !

    Excellent fan except for two stress giving complaints....My nowtv remote interferes with it and when on the angled setting it often won't oscillate so I have to get up and help it start, so wastes the whole point of having a remote however, it works everytime virtically though.
