- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseArrived today in two boxes as described, one huge box with the headboard and footboard side by side, a smaller long one with all the bits and sides, very heavy. Good instructions to put together but bit of a guessing game what bolts are which as they're all together. Bottom of the headboard was damaged when I took it out the box, this could have been dropped anywhere but it's hidden out the way and we need the bed. Aside that, not a bad storage bed.

Easy enough to assemble, would recommend using proper socket set and not the spanners supplied as makes it easier to assemble. Overall quality is good and looks more expensive then it actually is. Would say only 2 people are needed once the hydraulic arms are on as need some to hold the many body down whilst the mattress is placed on top, the rest is a single person build.

My cabinets looked great but unfortunately, on unpacking they had a small amount of damage to 2 corners (due to a damaged box on delivery). This was dealt with very quickly. Good communication throughout. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I did have some issues, the wrong panels were originally delivered however with some communication this issue was rectified, panels I ordered came and the others were collected.

It took me over 5 days to rectify the problem and to get the right item send to me. Then they left me with the parts and frames to disposed them as well . that cost me another £80. Communication and reply was also very poor. For me, this is the first and last time that I'll but any thing from them. No apologies or replies. I will not recommend anyone to deal with the company.
