    Good Solution, But. . .

    I think this is a great solution for Taylor guitars; however, I have one concern that won't get resolved until it's been in use for some time. I was concerned before purchasing this item that it might not fit inside the Taylor case that came with my 914ce. I sent an inquiry to Taylor to see if it would fit, and they confirmed that it would. However, it's a very tight squeeze to get it into the case (since it sticks out from the guitar a bit (that means that pressure is being applied to the adapter and it pushes it against the wood on the end of the guitar). Now, granted it has a physical "cushion" buffer between the adapter and the guitar; however, I wonder whether that will last "long-term". In addition, it's going to wear on the velvet lining of the case. I'm trying to push it in ...

    Needed

    This is what all acoustic guitars with electric output jack should be equipped with. Excellent. I had a Martin slip of the stock strap holder. It fell and hit the mic stand leg. Broke the top off. This product installed on every acoustic electric would have solved this problem.
