- 9***5 (1135)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchasePiston ring compressor and piston ring fitter Got this to fit Pistons to my 1275 MG midget engine would not work at first ☹️☹️☹️ Then cut the steel case down by about 6 inches with tin snips ,as it would not compress rings enough to fit in bore , then it worked did the job but wish I had got something a bit better,,, but,,, How often do I fit pistons into a block ,,,not that often l
- t***i (259)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseIn the middle of an engine rebuild so yet to use the piston compressor, however, did use the pliers but in my case had to remove some of the metal of the clamping ears in order to engage the compression rings on my SR20DE 86mm bore pistons. The pliers were great for putting back rings (before mods) and I did remove rings by hand on some pistons. Am very happy with this product. Rec AAA+++
