We've made our Terms and Conditions as easy and brief as possible as no one likes to read them, but by placing your order with 'us/we/our' (GIZMO-DEALS), you accept the following.
 
1. Prices
Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional prices/offers only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we try to ensure that prices are accurate at all times, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel.
 
2. Availability
All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied is an estimate only. If on receipt of your order the goods are not available in stock we will notify you, and offer to refund you for any sum that has been paid by you, or allow you to wait until available in stock.
 
3. Delivery
Charges for delivery may not be included in the product price and will be provided on checkout (before you submit your card details). Every effort is made to ensure a prompt despatch of your order and delivery within the stated delivery days. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to check all items ordered are included within the delivered consignment. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
3.1 Delivery times. All UK orders are sent by either next day courier or 1st class (1-2 business days estimated). International orders are sent by Airmail (3 - 10 days estimated delivery).
 
4. Ordering
Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us and your order is only accepted once we despatch. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. Payment shall be due before the order is processed for despatch. Payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle 'us' to terminate the contract immediately.
 
5. Returns and Refunds
 
5.1 Faulty Goods (within 6 months of despatch)
If your purchase develops a fault within 6 months of despatch, we will exchange, replace or refund the item. We will arrange for the item to be returned for testing, and then send you a new replacement straight away. Alternatively if proof can be provided by photographic or video evidence we can send a replacement without exchanging. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no exchange or repair.
 
5.2 Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your order number and with details of the problem. We will arrange to replace. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 60 days of delivery.
 
5.3 Unwanted Goods (within 60 days of receipt)
We will accept the item back for a full refund up to 60 days after receipt without question. This refund does not extend to the original cost of delivery or return costs. The customer is responsible for the return of all goods. Your item will need to be inspected before reimbursement is made. To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us prior to returning any goods.
 
5.3.1 Unwanted Goods (outside 60 days of receipt)
No goods are accepted outside of the 60 day returns policy.
 
6. Lost items
GIZMO-DEALS use mail services to despatch items to customers. UK items are sent via Royal Mail or courier, depending on order value. Foreign orders are sent Airmail. In the unlikely event that items do not arrive the buyer must allow 10 working days (UK) and 15 days (outside UK) to establish the item as lost. After that period has expired the buyer must contact GIZMO-DEALS.
 
7. Site Information
Any goods, services or information displayed should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy products or services on the site. No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained in this site. 2 brilliant little lumbar cushions, so easy to blow up, light to carry and really useful for any chair from a kitchen/ offers chair to a lounger or sofa. Would definitely recommend, just a tip, don't over fill this cushion, if it's not so full it's more comfy.

very quick delivery. The valves needed lancing to enable the pillows to be filled, but at this price some minor manufacturing defect which is quickly resolved isn't a big issue. I will be using these part inflated to rest telephoto camera lenses on when on hols, ideal travel size when deflated, so I'm happy.

    Inflatable Pillow - Travel Essential

    These travel pillows are the optimum size to ensure a comfortable head rest while travelling. Be careful not to over inflate to achieve maximum comfort. The quality material used is perfect for prevention of slippage & when deflated, they are lightweight and easily carried. I never travel without bringing one, or sometimes, two of these pillows with me.

    Really good value product. However, the sections separated and became just one big pillow. Other than this would buy again for the use and value for me outweighed the problem I had with them.

    a simple manufacturing fault which is quickly resolved, making them suitable for my needs

    the inflating valves are closed off in the pillow thus you cannot inflate it. This is a manufacturing fault. However, this is quickly remedied with a small drill bit or a pin (be careful not to puncture the other side of the pillow when breaking through the sealed valve). I am using the pillow to support a telephoto lens when away on hols, and for this I have high hopes that they will be just fine. I would not use these as a travel pillow on e.g. an aircraft or train, but perhaps they would do well when laying on the floor when e.g. camping.

    More than I bargained for!!

    I ordered 2 lots of these, so ended up with 4 pillows!! Which was a pure stroke of luck, especially considering, I opened the first pack, & inflates then both, the first one was ok, the 2nd one had a small hole in it. This made me check the 2nd pack, they both seem fine, thankfully. I have managed to puncture repair the tint pin hole with Gorilla Glue!! Good job I checked them before we took them away, as that’s what I’ve bought them for. I seemed the Mainland Europeans seem to sleep on very thin pillows, that generally look like the cats curled up on, whereas we don’t, & they also don’t leave spares in wardrobes! So hopefully we can use these, under the ones they leave. I guess time will tell if these work!

    Great quality at an excellent value!

    I purchased these inflatable travel pillows with average expectations. When they arrived they had that 'newly manufactured' plastic smell, I gave them a wash with nice smelling antibacterial handsoap, let them dry and gave them a test inflation. Wow, they're waaay larger than I expected! Crushed velvet on both sides, and good pillow resistance. They have been left with air in them for a few days and very little air loss has occured. When it is not inflated, the size is paper thin and light! Easy to put in my carry-on. I think these are a very good value, I'd recommend these for sure!
