This is definitely not a legitimate Beautyblender, It retains so much water no matter how much you squeeze it after dampening it. It absorbs the majority of the product directly from the face and it feels as though you are applying product to the sponge rather than the face. It’s definitely worth paying slightly more for an unbranded Beautyblender from Boots or Superdrug.
