I swear a god if I knew I never buy this machine,very unprofessional,they open laptop put tissue inside ,all the clips broken they use tape and paper and glue to push the cable to power on,battery dead not even stay 2 min(not describe it),Seller acting like I didn’t know nothing about it ,SSD dead.They didn’t even reinstall windows and send it to customer with no operating system ,so rude asking oh yeah you do it, you think you got the bargain for 11 yrs old laptop but in fact missing/broken
