    Knife blade was loose on arrival but seller was extremely helpful and assured me the knife was not that way when shipped so they offered a refund or the option to pursue an insurance claim via USPS when I informed them. I decided to keep the knife and fix it, which was easy. Apart from the shipping damage the knife was as it appeared in the pictures and the listing was accurate. Discounting the shipping damage my experience was perfect, and that s USPS s fault. Would do business again.
