I ordered the 1.5cm insoles and received insoles with a 3.0cm increase. The insole was measured by a Shuropody shop assistant. When I contacted the seller, I was told that their records showed that 1.5cm insoles had been sent and would I send a photo. I can't be bothered with a seller who is unable to make a fairly simple measurement. I suspect that an opportunity was taken to unload a low demand item.
