    BUYER BEWARE - Once seller was told that we had a certified Cutera Technician test & determine that this item was defective & was not cooling between pulses due to the fact it sat to long (4 years) w/o being used. (Up to date software was used & confirmed by Manufacturers Tech) The seller that up to this point had great communication went 100% silent & ghosted us. This is w/ the seller providing a 30 day warranty on the item. Used EBay to force a return in order to get our companies money back.

    Not true. This issue was a complete error and inaccurate. Buyer did not have proper software. Was not the fault of the seller. No proof was sent of any error.

    Never shipped item. Responded with an excuse and said was sending next day. He did not, then would not respond to messages. Had to dispute with EBay to get a refund. What a hassle! Not sure how he has 100% feedback??

    Hey There,I don't sell many items on Ebay and the item you purchased was shipped, but my wife did not get a fedex receipt. My sincere apologies for just now seeing you did not receive the item. I was not notified you never received it. I do remember a delay in sending it out via FedEx, but I emailed my wife the label and I wanted to sincerely apologize. She promises me she dropped it off, but I don't have tracking or a receipt. That said, I apologize and did not know it wasn't received.
