Not really adequate
As someone that is disabled without access to a sink, I use “no rinse”shower caps all the time and have tried a lot of different brands over the years. All 3 had the same issue, which is a manufacturing fault. When the package was opened, part of the outer plastic layer of the cap was caught up in the middle seam. This meant each cap had a hole in it that resulted in a lot of the contents seeping down my back during use! Quite apart from the manufacturing fault, these caps are not large enough to accommodate shoulder length hair. There is very little leeway to massage the hair, but I did feel that my hair was washed afterwards, just more wet outside of the cap due to the leakage. There are brands out there that are larger and better, it’s just that I couldn’t get my usual one (Nilaqua) ... Help when you can’t wash your hair
It didn’t work for me but it might be because I have long hair or 20 seconds isn’t enough time to warm the product anyway my hair still looked as though it wanted washing the next day
